Our Mini Camps are jam-packed with fun! Kiddos will get the day to explore our Learning Labs and participate in classes like:
We
are required by the Department of Health to maintain a copy of
your child’s current medical examination form and vaccination
records. The medical form is available to download during the
registration process and is the same form required by your child’s
elementary school. Please submit these forms prior to your child’s first day at City Kids to afterschool@citykids.nyc .
If
your child has an allergy that requires an Epi-Pen, you will need
to submit an Individualized Healthcare Plan completed by your child
physician. This form is available to download during the
registration process. Epi-pens
should be kept onsite with your child at all times. Please submit these
forms prior to your child’s first day at City Kids to afterschool@citykids.nyc.
Please
remember that we are a nut-sensitive school and foods containing nuts
or foods baked with nut oils, nut flours or nut butters are not allowed
at school for snack, lunch, or celebrations.
