Description

CK Chefs: Cooking Adventures 

Grades: K - 5th

Class Time: 3:30pm - 4:30pm

Classes per Semester: 14

Class Description

From Tandoori to Tacos, this class will take kids across the world to master new skills and recipes while learning about food from cultures near and far. This class will introduce children to the necessary kitchen skills, such as reading recipes, kitchen math for ingredients and starting to use various kitchen tools, all while making tasty treats they can replicate at home!

 

About Michelle Estades Santiago

Culinary Instructor, food enthusiast and blogger. Michelle has a bachelor’s in journalism, a Master’s in Gastronomy and a Certificate in Culinary Arts from The Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. Her classes range from savory to sweet, all while following a kid friendly approach.

 

 

Daily Afterschool Schedule

2:20 - 3:00pm: School pick-up / Arrival at City Kids
3:00 – 3:30pm: Snack & Relax
3:30 – 4:30pm: Enrichment class 

4:30 – 5:30pm: Homework help, games, rec time, arts & more!
5:30 – 6:00pm: Pack-up & Pick-up
