City Kids Summer Camp | Session 3 | July 15 - July 19 | Opposites Week 🙃🙃🙃

Upside down and inside out, Opposites Week is turning things Topsy-turvey at City Kids!

Our Opposites theme has us thinking in new and creative ways.  Comparing and contrasting media in art, learning about opposing forces in STEAM and even exploring sweet vs. savory tastes in cooking will have kiddos learning and exploring fun paradoxes throughout various workshops focused on STEAM, theater, art, cooking and movement.

In the afternoons, we head out to local green spaces for fun filled and action packed activities at McCarren Park fields, sprinklers and other friendly spaces around the neighborhood.

Sample Daily Schedule

9:00 AM - 9:30 AM  | Drop Off to City Kids

9:30 AM - 10:00 AM | Morning Group Meetings

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Enrichment Workshop (rotates daily between STEAM, Art, Cooking, Theater and Movement)

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM | Lunch

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM  | Campers head outdoors to the park, sprinklers or around the neighborhood

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM | Afternoon meeting | Snack | Dismissal of full day campers
